Our Leadership Team
Rajiv brings 30 years of industrial automation experience implementing process control and asset health solutions using Emerson Process Automation platforms for power, mining, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Rajiv held key engineering, management and leadership positions with Emerson and their impact partners.
Prior to starting Quartic.ai, Rajiv spent a year researching Industrial AI and Machine Learning and advising technology companies and customers on digital manufacturing strategies. Rajiv served as a consultant on industrial IoT applications for H2O.ai, a Silicon Valley open source machine learning company.
Pranav is an engineering leader and entrepreneur with more than a decade experience in delivering high quality products. With a particular interest in user experience and design, he is passionate about building products that add value to life.
He was among the early SlideShare team, that was acquired by LinkedIn, where he built various content & messaging engines. Pranav was the co-founder and VP of Engineering at Octo.ai. He is a speaker at summits on AI, Big Data, Distributed Computing and has co-authored a book on Google AppEngine. Pranav holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from BV University, Pune.
Xiaozhou Wang leads Data Science development at Quartic.ai. Prior to Quartic.ai, he has worked as Data Scientist and Machine Learning practitioner in areas like Recommender Systems, Time Series Forcasting, Revenue Optimization and more.
Also known as “Little Boat” on Kaggle, the Data Science and Machine Learning Community, Xiaozhou is a Competition Grandmaster, ranked as high as no. 4 globally. He holds a MSc in Statistics from the University of Alberta.
As a former Consultant and Data Analyst in manufacturing processes, Vinodh is leading the implementation of AI solutions towards the goals of Industry 4.0.
He has dedicated the past years to learning, experimenting with, and deploying machine learning and AI-based PoCs, pilots, and solutions.
Aron is an entrepreneur & technologist with over 15 years of experience in Enterprise Software, Artificial Intelligence & Design Thinking.
One exit, multiple failures. He started his career with SAP Labs and has a B.Tech from Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal.

Also known as Ash, is an Advisor to Riverwood Capital, a globally focused private equity firm. As an executive, Ash was the founding CEO of Aricent and the President of various divisions within Flextronics. Ash has cofounded several successful technology companies including: Snapstick (TiVo), Chalo (OpenTable), Droptalk (Dropbox), Socho (Flywheel), Quartic.ai, Perceipient.ai, Whiterabbit.ai, Algosquare, and Terralogic. Ash holds an MBA from Louisiana State and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology. Ash is currently on the boards of NetSpeed Systems, H2O.ai and several of the companies he cofounded.
Sriram is the Founding Managing Partner of WRVI Capital, a leading Silicon Valley based technology venture fund that focuses on investing in and scaling companies with disruptive technologies globally. Prior to WRVI Capital, Sriram was the founder of IndusAge Partners, a cross border Venture Firm investing in innovative companies in the US-India Technology corridor. Earlier in his career, Sriram spent nearly 20 years at Intel Corporation in various senior management roles, including Vice President of the Intel Architecture Group (IAG), Vice President of Intel Capital and General Manager of Intel’s Incubation and Innovation Group.
Dr Steve Fu has built a career appreciably increasing corporate value through technology investment and incubation, M&A and restructuring. He was the Chief Strategy Officer of Fairchild Semiconductors and also previously drove corporate strategic development at Maxim Integrated Products. His prior experience also includes an eleven year tenure with Cisco Systems, where he made more than 15 minority investments and 10 successful acquisitions
Steve earned his Ph.D. EE from Stanford University and his BSEE from UC Berkeley and was a recipient of the President’s scholarship.
